All annual email packages will also include a free basic WordPress website, if so desired. Starting with the Basic package, we will set you up on the Blumira SIEM free tier. You have the option of upgrading to a paid tier, depending on the features you need. You also have the ability to upgrade further to our Security Operations Center (SOC) backed cloud SIEM and SOAR through OpenTextโ€™s Pillr Platform.

Terms and Conditions: All email packages require subscription purchase for an internet domain. If you already have a domain to use, you are good to go. If you need to acquire a domain, you may purchase one through Boston Technology Group at https://domains.bostontech.us/ or via your preferred domain registrar. Should you purchase an annual email package of Basic Plan level or higher in a quantity of 5 or more, we will include 1 standard domain for your use up to a $30 value. All email packages will also be assessed the Massachusetts state sales tax of 6.25% on your invoice.


Email Deliverability

Do you have a problem with email deliverability? Constantly seeing your emails going to spam or having to keep telling people to whitelist your domain? To ensure email deliverability, youโ€™ll need to ensure properly configured DNS records including DMARC, DKIM, and SPF, as well as monitor failure reports and reputation to ensure your domain remains off of blacklists. To that end, we have partnered with EasyDMarc to assist with handling all aspects of this.

Self-Management offerings include setup and initial training of users administering the platforms. Any support or training after the initial setup and training are billable at $250 per hour with a minimum of 1 hour billable time. Any billable time exceeding the initial hour will be billable in 15-minute increments.

Co-Management Packages

If you would like our assistance in managing your IT needs, we offer co-management packages. Each package includes 1 Microsoft 365 Business license coupled with 1 Kaseya VSA agent and all of the tools to keep your systems and users safe. Cost includes user setup in each of the platforms. Each bundle requires a 1 year term agreement. Massachusetts state sale tax of 6.25% will be assessed to each item purchased.

Support hours are aggregate per company and not specific to the individual user. Hours are not bankable and are only available for the month in which they are billed and auto-renew each following month. Any billable technical support provided in excess of included hours is billable at $250 per hour, billable in 15-minute increments.
